Depending on the condition of the home, your inspector may recommend additional tests or reviews.

After completion of the inspection, your inspectors will provide you with a full-color report of the findings on-site, or we can e-mail it to you later. As a gift, you will also receive Home Operation Manual, binder and other helpful information to keep your potential home safe and sound for years.
